The Talon P-3 C.N.C. is designed specifically to profile grind bands or circular saws with state-of-the-art computerized technology. The P-3 can grind either flat profile or can grind up to 15 degrees of top bevel. Beveling is done in one pass, so there is no need to run the blade through the machine more than once to achieve an alternate top bevel. With unmatched performance, you will be able to achieve superior saw quality allowing higher cutting performance. The computerized controller can store many tooth profiles with the ability to set automatic wheel shaping and adjusting. The customer now has the flexibility to change their profiles via the onboard user interface.
