Personal help over the phone is available at 1-541-942-3712, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Pacific Coast Time. This help is only a phone call away. Our trained specialists can help train and troubleshoot most problems over the phone, saving you time and money. There is no charge for this support.

Fax Phone Service at 1-541-942-0730 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fax help is convenient and in many cases can save time. Fax your questions, requests, or problems "ATTENTION: Service Department" and we will return your query as soon as possible during normal business hours. There is no charge for this service.

Remote Service may be available. Several of our product lines have internal modems or Ethernet connections that allow us to troubleshoot the machines remotely. This service is available at no charge during the warranty period.

Module Exchanges are available. Wright machines are designed to allow replacement of modules within the unit. Example: head, saw lift, slides, etc. Many times, replacements can be done quickly and easily by your operators, saving time and money.

In Factory Rebuilds are available for most models. Restoring the performance of your machine may be an attractive alternative versus the purchase of new equipment. Contact our service department for details, and to see if this option is appropriate for you.

Warranty

Wright Machine Tool is pleased to offer a 1 to 3 year parts warranty on all new equipment. This warranty covers all parts other than normal consumable parts. The customer is only responsible for any required technicians travel, time and expenses during this period. All other service help is free of charge.

On-Site Service Available in North America and some overseas locations by our factory trained service technicians. Each technician has years of experience with the specific machines that are being serviced. This service is on a charge basis.
